Seva means “the act of selfless service to others.”

Throughout my life, I've found joy in being a giver. In my younger years, I volunteered for college credits, driven by a desire to contribute. As a mother, I dedicated my time to volunteering, cherishing the moments spent close to my son. Embracing my role as an Ayurvedic practitioner, I discovered that giving with the intention to serve the greater good brings me a profound sense of inner fulfillment and happiness. This richness goes beyond monetary value, carrying an immense energetic significance.

For me, acts of service have become a source of empowerment, helping me navigate the challenges and heaviness that life can bring. It's a way to manage the pain when it feels like the world is falling apart, only to realize that it is, in fact, rising. Here are a few ways through which I practice self-empowerment by engaging in acts of seva.
